Peak & Peak Expands into North America to Meet Growing Demand and Aligns Leadership for Next Phase

Mannheim, Germany and New York City, United States – March 18, 2026 – Peak & Peak, a leading independent consulting firm specializing in commercial and digital excellence for the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, today announced a strategic direction and adaptation in its leadership structure, effective April 1, 2026. This evolutionary step supports the company’s expansion, allowing it to serve global clients more effectively and deepening the footprint for impactful results locally in the Americas.

Florian Weimann and Samuli Rahkola, both Partners of the company, will assume the roles of co-CEOs, leading the firm’s day-to-day operations and continued growth alongside Partner & CTO Michal Danilczyk. Raphael Ney, Founding Partner and current CEO, will transition to a role concentrating on the market expansion into North America, while remaining a member of the company’s Board of Directors.

With approximately one-third of Peak & Peak’s current activities already involving customers based in the Americas, this leadership adaptation builds on the company’s established presence – including its office in New York City and ongoing projects with major FMCG brands – to further strengthen its American footprint and capture growing demand in the region.

The new setup supports the next phase of the company's growth, as the FMCG industry undergoes fundamental shifts that increase the relevance of integrated commercial platforms supported by data and AI. In this changing environment, Peak & Peak is positioned to support multi-national clients with globally scalable, end-to-end transformation capabilities while maintaining strong local execution.

Raphael Ney commented: “We are seeing strong demand from our clients, especially in North America. This is a step for us to stay close to that demand and support our clients more broadly. I’m looking forward to focusing fully on growing our presence there, while Florian and Samuli continue to lead the business operationally.”

Florian Weimann added: “Samuli and I are dedicated to building on the momentum we have. We see growing demand for more integrated, end-to-end commercial transformation — particularly around Revenue Growth Management (RGM) — and we are expanding our service portfolio accordingly while keeping a strong focus: deliver strong business impact and grow together with our clients.”

Samuli Rahkola sees new opportunities for Peak & Peak and its clients: “We are working with international clients who want consistent solutions across markets. Platforms like Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud are enabling a more holistic approach, and with this setup we can support them globally while staying hands-on locally and responding faster to their needs.”

Looking Ahead

Peak & Peak will continue to invest in its advanced service portfolio, industry accelerators, and strategic alliances – with partners such as Salesforce, EPP and POI – to help global FMCG leaders drive commercial excellence in an evolving market.
